TERMS & CONDITIONS
Placing your order means that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions stated as followingPAYMENT
We do not require down payments unless stated otherwise. Full payment must be settled on or before the given DOP to avoid any delays or cancelation of order/s. . There will be PHP 50.00 late payment fee per day if you haven't settle your balance before or on the given DOP. First to pay in full will be the first to secure. Every buyer is required to fill out the payment form. No payment form entry = no payment.CANCELLATION
We do not allow cancellation once an invoice has been sent or we response yours on your order/mine item. We will already include your order when placing a purchase to our supplier.
However, we will allow cancellation provided that the buyer will have to pay 50% of the total price per reserved item as a fee. This will refrain you from being blocked and tagged as a bogus buyer/joy reserver. Refunds will be done by the shop if the product you ordered is already unavailable/soldoutLOSS, DAMAGE, OR DELAYS
Once the parcels are in the possession of the courier, Kandy Kshop will not be liable in the event of any loss, damage, or delay of parcels. Rest assured that each parcel are safely and securely packed. Inquiries regarding this matter will not be entertained as this should be filed or raised directly to the courier instead.INTERNATIONAL COURIER
Kandy Kshop will not be liable in the event of any loss, damage, and delay of order due to an international courier issue.
Our shop is not liable for manufacturer's or factory defect of the items but we will do our best to have your merch safe during the shipping period.
REPLACEMENT/REFUND
No clear unboxing video = no refund/replacement.
We require a clear and raw unboxing video in case you want to request for refund/replacement.RETURN & EXCHANGE
In case of return due to KandyKshop's fault, we will shoulder shipping costs. However, if return/exchange was caused by the buyer's personal reason or fault, shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer.
Our shop has the right to deny returns in an event that a product was used or seems to be depreciated, and removal of labels, tags, outbox, packaging, etc.SETTLE OF BALANCE
Customer should settle their balances within the given DOP (failure to pay on time will cost an additional Php 50/day).
